By drying okara, various residues, sludge, and other high-moisture waste, we reduce industrial waste treatment costs and transform waste into products.

The food ingredients are supplied from a quantitative supply device to the main body of the dryer, while hot air at 300 to 450°C is simultaneously introduced from the hot air generator into the main body. Through the combined action of hot air and stirring blades, the moisture content of the raw materials, which is around 80%, is dried to below 8%. The dried material is separated by a cyclone and rotary valve and sent to the next process. Some of the exhaust is returned to the hot air generator and reused as heated steam after reheating. By utilizing this heat recovery system, lining costs can be reduced by 10 to 20%. 【Features】 ■ Okara and tofu residue can be mixed and dried together.
